Sending USDT to Binance Smart Chain using MetaMask

When it comes to sending USDT from one blockchain to another, understanding the native tokens of each network is crucial. For example, on BSC (Binance Smart Chain), you'll need BNB, on Polygon you'll require MATIC, and for Avalanche, you'll need AVAX.

To bridge the tokens, you'll need to have funds in the network's native token to pay for gas fees. MetaMask Bridges can be used for this purpose, accessible in the MetaMask Extension by clicking the 'Bridge' button on the homepage or by heading to 'MetaMask Bridges'(insert link).

If you've sent the tokens on the wrong network, don't worry! You can always use a bridge to get that token on the desired network. To do so, click on the 'Add Token' button and input the token's address.

To add a custom token to MetaMask, follow these steps:

To confirm that the transaction has been completed, go to the blockchain explorer and either search for your MetaMask address or for the transaction ID. This will allow you to view your token balances on the overview section of your account's page.

If you're having trouble seeing your funds in MetaMask after sending them from Binance exchange account, follow these steps:

1. Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer.

2. Find out which network Binance used to complete the transaction.

3. Use MetaMask Bridges to bridge the tokens and get them on the desired network.
